Cut off dates for each ticket type are found above and are in Australian Eastern Standard Time. As this is a boutique event with limited capacity, should tickets for the event sell out, we will operate a waiting list on our booking system. Note that Casa do Zouk’s sister event, “Ilha do Zouk” sold out 6 months before the event in 2013, Casa do Zouk sold out 1 month before the event in 2014, Casa do Zouk sold out during the last month in 2015 and after extending capacity also sold out during the last week in 2016.
If you purchase your ticket and due to a change in circumstances are no longer able to attend you are able to transfer your ticket however it is your responsibility to find the recipient. You are welcome to make it known you are looking via the Casa Do Zouk Facebook page and once you have agreed on the transfer, email the recipient’s details to the Casa Do Zouk Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to cancel your ticket we will happily refund 80% of your registration fee up until the 31st March 2017 or 60% of your registration fee up until the 1st July 2017. From the 2nd July 2017, all passes and tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred as per our Transfer Policy if you are able to find a replacement.
